Will portable and cellular phones interfere with my control?
Cellular or portable phones are not on the 900 MHz band used for Remtron controls.   In addition, sharp filtering in the receivers prevents these signals from entering the receiver.  If a signal were to be received in the Remtron frequency band from any source, it would not have the proper Remtron format and would be rejected by our receiver.  We have found isolated cases of interference that were caused by near by military or commercial transmitters.  In each case our receivers can be programmed to reduce the interference.
