Replacement Policy

· Except for specially engineered items, our goal is to ship spare parts the same day for orders received by noon, Pacific Time.

· Replacement of complete units normally ship in 1-2 business days.

Refurbishment and Repair Policy

· All equipment returned to Remtron under warranty for refurbishment or repair will be automatically upgraded to improve the performance and reliability of the equipment.

· Repair work is warranted for 30 days.

· Equipment will be returned by the same shipping method as received.

This will direct you to a voice maibox. Please leave your name, contact telephone number and a brief description of how we may assist you. A technician will respond to you shortly.

Refurbishment and Repair Service
Please call for a return authorization (RA) number. Please mark the RA number on the shipping box and ship the item to the following:

Repair parts
Spare parts and accessories may be ordered by calling us at 800-328-5570 or fax orders to 760-737-7810. Please specify original serial number when ordering.

Warranty
See the warranty statement below for each product series. The product series is identified by the numbers that precede the receiver model designation (e.g. 21R22, 25R15, 22R08, 23RCAN, 433R9) or by the model name (e.g. Pump Boss). For warranties on custom systems identified by the 98xxxx model number, please call customer service for coverage. The warranty period begins at the retail sale date as reported by the Warranty Registration card or at the factory shipment date of the item if a warranty card is not received.
